KEMENCE DANCE ENSEMBLE: is a folk dance group located in Boston area.
The ensemble focuses on introducing exciting, rich styles of international
dance and music to diverse audiences. Although the ensemble initially
started as a Turkish folk dance group, it now incorporates other styles
of dances, ranging from Turkish to Egyptian to Macedonian, as well as
to Azerbaijanian, that present the rich heritage of traditional folk
customs of the old world.
